“We built the precious plastic shredder in our maker space in Portland, Oregon. Then took it out to Sacred Stone camp at the Standing Rock pipeline resistance to help deal with the trash. We ended up using it mostly to shred cardboard and compressing it into biomass briquettes for burning. We are now working on compression molds to turn the plastic waste into geodesic domes! “
